Senior Year/2003-2004:

• NCAA Champion
• NCAA Outstanding Wrestler
• EIWA Champion

Junior/2002-03:

• Placed third at the NCAA tournament, going 5-1 to earn All-America honors for the second consecutive year
• Captured his second-straight EIWA title at 149 lbs
• First-team All-Ivy League
• Named EIWA wrestler of the week after going 3-0 against Cornell, Columbia and Sacred Heart
• Closed out the season 39-2, with his only losses coming against the #1 and #2 wrestlers in the nation

Sophomore/2002-03:

• Finished in third place at NCAA's, the best finish by a Harvard wrestler since John Lee came in third in 1953
• EIWA Champion at 149
• Named the EIWA Championship's Most Outstanding Wrestler after pinning his final two opponents en route to the title
• First-team All-Ivy
• Was 37-3 for the season, with his only losses coming to the national champion and runner-up

Freshman/2001-02:

• NCAA qualifier
• Placed second at the EIWA Championships, losing to an eventual NCAA finalist
• Selected to the 2001 All-Rookie first-team by Amateur Wrestling News
• Ivy League Rookie of the Year and first-team All-Ivy
• Received the program's Hardest Worker Award and tabbed the Most Promising Freshman
• Finished second at the East Stroudsburg Open to start his rookie campaign.
• Recorded a 17-7 mark
• Followed freshman season with a third place finishes at the University Nationals Freestyle Tournament and the U.S. Open Freestyle Tournament

High School:

• First four-time state champion in New York history
• Three-time All-America and two-time national champion
• Named Asics Wrestler of the Year and the National Most Outstanding Wrestler in 2000
• Compiled a 221-3 record at Shoreham Wading River, losing only as a seventh and eighth grader
